SIDES: 1 Pt. = 4 (4 oz) servings - 1 Qt. = 8 (4 oz) servings - 1 Half Pan = 24 (4 oz) servings**
**NOTE: 1 Half pan of macaroni & cheese = 20 (4 oz) servings

Please place bulk orders, including pan items, at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

SERVICE CHARGE
A 5% service charge is added to all orders of $100 or more for the servers who prepare and package them.

DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery service is available for advance orders of $250 or more.  
To guarantee driver availability orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Delivery fees start at $5 plus tip, depending on delivery location.

We are not responsible for incorrect orders after pickup.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

We offer a full range of catering services, from delivery and set up to full service.  Whether your event is large or small, casual or formal, we’ll customize the perfect menu and service package to meet your event needs and budget.  For special outdoor events, our trailered barbeque pit smokers are available for on-site smoking.  

To ensure booking, please contact us as far in advance of your event as possible.
